Art works: Niranjan Kamatkar worked initially using oil on paper as part of modern landscapes series 'Out in the Morning' during the 10 month stay in North Yorkshire in 1998. These works were incorporated as a 'Windows' to the 2D installation & the extension of original art work in the present form, using mixed media & collage. The work subtly explores various everyday influences, also sexuality related, & fragmentation of their existence in our lives. All the eight artworks are 3X3 feet. The present mixed media series 'Out in the Morning' was first exhibited at Lauderdale House Gallery in North London in 2001.
